Every order in LVK moves through three statuses on its way to the customer. Knowing which status an order sits in tells you whether the warehouse can act on it, and whether LVK's shipping SLAs apply.
- Ready: The order is complete and queued for the warehouse to pick, pack, and ship.
- Not Ready: The order is held back and has not reached the warehouse queue.
- Shipped: The warehouse generated a shipping label and the order is on its way.

Order Entry in LVK
When an order imports into LVK, the time it takes to become Ready depends on backorders, holds, and product delays. Most orders that import through a store connection are ready to ship right away.
LVK shipping SLAs start once an order reaches Ready status. SLAs do not apply to orders in Not Ready status.

Order Processing in LVK
Orders in Ready status route to the warehouse for picking, packing, and shipping. They appear under the Ready To Ship tab on the Orders page.
When you see the message below on an order, the warehouse is already processing it and you can no longer edit it.
Orders in Not Ready status never reach the warehouse queue. Two things cause this:
- Insufficient stock (backorder): LVK does not have enough inventory to fill every line on the order.
- The order is on hold: See How to Manage Orders on Hold to review and release held orders.
Not Ready orders appear under the Not Ready To Ship tab on the Orders page.
Shipment Tracking for LVK Orders
When the warehouse generates a shipping label, the order status changes to Shipped and LVK creates a tracking number.
Shipped orders appear under the Shipped tab on the Orders page. The tracking number shows on the individual order page and in the Shipments Report, and LVK pushes it to your store platform automatically.
Your store platform controls whether the tracking number reaches your end customer. LVK sends the tracking number to your store, and your store's notification settings decide what the customer sees.
