Key Deadlines
Inventory & Receiving Deadlines
All inventory must arrive at your LVK Fulfillment Center by the dates below for proper receiving and slotting.

Receiving compliant shipping plans takes up to 5 business days (the day of arrival counts as day 0). This timeline is the same during standard and peak season. Inventory that does not follow our receiving guidelines may be subject to longer wait times, rejection, and additional fees.
Carrier Deadlines for Customer Orders
Orders must be placed, ready to ship, and free of holds or backordered units by the dates below to arrive by the holiday. Please communicate shipping expectations with customers.

Deadlines are based on our slowest carrier's shipping cutoff. Review our shipping capacity.
Peak Season Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Standard shipping times are adjusted during peak season. Shipping times do not include transit. Delivery depends on carrier deadlines. LVK is not responsible for carrier delays, and some carriers may not scan packages during peak season.
Shipping Time SLAs
The following SLAs apply to orders imported as Ready to Ship (no blockers or holds).

Important
Standard orders must be Ready to Ship by noon (warehouse-local time) to be processed the same day; orders ready after noon begin their SLA clock the following business day. Expedited, Overnight, and Marketplace orders have a later cutoff: Ready to Ship by 2 PM (warehouse-local time) for same-day processing; orders ready after 2 PM begin the following business day.
Special Projects, B2B Kitting & Returns
Between October 1, 2026 and January 31, 2027, the following services will be temporarily unavailable or delayed:
- B2B Fulfillment: Complex kitting is may not available during this window. Standard B2B orders are still completed within 5 business days. Contact LVK Support if you have additional needs.
- Special Projects: Complex special projects (e.g., kitting) are not offered during this window. Contact LVK Support for availability. Cycle count requests submitted during this window are scheduled for after January 31, 2027. Outside peak season, special projects typically take 2–5 business days; during peak season, the special projects team provides a timeline when you submit your request if the project is possible.
- Returns: Processing may be delayed up to 10 business days (compared to the standard 5–7 business days). Standard processing resumes January 31, 2027.
Peak Season Customer Support Hours
- Standard Hours: Monday–Friday, 6 AM–8 PM ET (Pods: 8 AM–7 PM ET). Hours may be adjusted starting November 20, 2026.
- Response Times: New tickets within 2 hours; follow-ups within 4 hours. Most issues resolved within 2 business days (may vary by complexity).

Peak Season Warehouse Operating Hours
LVK warehouses operate 8 AM–6 PM (warehouse local time), with additional 24-hour shifts as needed. Warehouses are open 7 days a week during peak season. Refer to LVK's Holiday Observance schedule.
