How to Apply and Remove Tags from Orders in LVK

Tags can be a valuable tool to identify specific orders. You can apply and remove tags to your orders from the LVK platform. 

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please do not remove or modify tags applied by LVK. These tags are essential for system functionality and backend operations. Removing them may lead to service disruptions and unexpected errors in the warehouse workflow.

Method 1 — Single Order

  1. Log into your LVK account and Navigate to the Order’s page https://lvk.shipsfor.us/dashboard/orders/
  2. Locate the order you need to apply the tag to
  3. Click on the order and scroll to the Order Tag Section,
  4. Type the Order Tag and hit Enter.

  5. Click Save Tags

To remove a tag on a single order, you simply delete it from the Order Tag section on the same page and save.

Method 2 — Bulk Add/Remove

  1. Log into your LVK account and Navigate to the Order’s page https://lvk.shipsfor.us/dashboard/orders/
  2. Filter the orders so that the ones you want to edit are displayed.
  3. Select the orders you want to edit by clicking the box in the first left-hand column next to the Order Number.
  4. Click on Edit Tags from the menu buttons along the top right.
  5. In the Edit Tags pop-up window, enter the tag you would like to apply, and click Enter
  6. Click save to apply the changes 

To remove a tag in bulk, follow the same steps, but delete the tag from the “Remove Existing tags” bar, and click save to apply the changes. 

Note: The select all checkbox at the top of the list only applies to the current page of orders displayed. If you have multiple pages of orders that need to be edited at once, expand the row visibility to the maximum possible.
