Order tags are labels you add to orders in LVK to identify or group them. You can apply and remove tags one order at a time or in bulk from the Orders page.
Important
Do not remove or modify tags applied by LVK. These tags support system functionality and backend operations. Removing them can cause service disruptions and errors in the warehouse workflow.
Method 1: Tag a Single Order in LVK
- Log in to your LVK account and go to the Orders page.
- Locate the order you want to tag.
- Click the order and scroll to the Order Tag section.
-
Type the order tag and press Enter.
- Click Save Tags.
Remove a Tag from a Single Order
Open the order, delete the tag from the Order Tag section, and click Save Tags.
Method 2: Tag Orders in Bulk in LVK
- Log in to your LVK account and go to the Orders page.
- Filter the list so the orders you want to edit are displayed.
- Select the orders by clicking the checkbox in the left-hand column next to each Order Number.
-
Click Edit Tags in the menu buttons at the top right.
- In the Edit Tags window, enter the tag you want to apply and press Enter.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Remove Tags in Bulk
Follow the same steps, but enter the tag in the Remove Existing Tags field, then click Save.
The select all checkbox at the top of the list applies only to the orders on the current page. If your selection spans multiple pages, increase the rows displayed per page to the maximum before selecting.
For more ways to update multiple orders at once, see How to Bulk Edit Orders on the Manage Orders Page.
