How will I tell the order is going to be shipped?
Your order's status is shown in the LVK fulfillment platform. When the status shows Ready, we can ship it.
An order is Ready when:
- The ordered products and quantities are in stock
- No holds are on the order (from the store, automation rules, or manually added)
- There are no platform issues
When Will it Ship?
If the order was correctly imported and is Ready by Noon (fulfillment center local time), it will ship the same business day. Orders placed after Noon will ship the following business day.
* During peak season, same-day shipping is not guaranteed — orders will ship within 5 business days. View peak season deadlines. During peak season, we may prepare and ship orders on weekends if carriers are picking up.
Important Notes
- Orders with a fraud or address hold will not ship until the hold is removed on the order detail page.
- We can only ship to addresses in the USPS database.
- Orders can only ship after the warehouse has received your inventory.
- Inventory that does not follow our receiving guidelines will take longer to process and may incur a noncompliance fee.
- Once the warehouse begins packing your order, cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed.

- LVK does not fulfill orders strictly oldest to newest. Orders are prioritized based on holds, available inventory, required ship date, and other factors.
