During peak season, same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders will ship within 3 business days. View peak season deadlines. During peak season, we may prepare and ship orders on weekends if carriers are picking up.
- We do not ship on observed national holidays.
- Weekend deliveries are at the carrier's discretion. LVK is not responsible for delays.
- LVK is not responsible for shipping volume that exceeds your BSV (baseline shipping volume, the order capacity allocated to your account). Learn more

How Will I Know My Order Is Going to Ship?
Your order's status is shown in the LVK fulfillment platform. When the status shows Ready, we can ship the order.
An order is Ready when:
- The ordered products and quantities are in stock.
- No holds are on the order (from the store, automation rules, or manually added).
- There are no platform issues.
When Will It Ship?

Important Notes on Order Shipping
- LVK will not ship orders with a fraud or address hold until you remove the hold on the order detail page.
- We can only ship to addresses in the USPS database.
- Orders can only ship after the warehouse has received your inventory.
- Inventory that does not follow our receiving guidelines will take longer to process and may incur a noncompliance fee.

Once the warehouse begins packing your order, cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed.
- LVK does not fulfill orders strictly oldest to newest. Orders are prioritized based on holds, available inventory, required ship date, and other factors.
