LVK ships liquid products only with prior approval, and liquid inventory must meet specific packaging and paperwork requirements before it arrives at a fulfillment center. Meeting these requirements up front prevents leaks, rejected inventory, and delays in receiving.
Packaging Requirements for Liquid Products at LVK
Important
LVK ships liquids only if your sales representative pre-approves them. Do not send liquid inventory before you have that approval.
Before sending liquid inventory to LVK, confirm that:
- Each liquid unit is individually boxed with a scannable barcode on the outside of the product packaging.
- Multi-bottle packages received from your vendor safely contain every bottle, with a barcode on the outside of the package.
- Your implementation specialist knows about any liquid SKUs that require bubble wrap. Tell them during onboarding.
If you add liquid SKUs after onboarding, contact your customer success manager with the SKU details and any bubble wrap requirements.
Required Paperwork for Liquid Products at LVK
Many liquids require a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), a document listing a product's contents and its handling and safety requirements. Send all required MSDS paperwork to your sales representative for approval before shipping any liquid inventory to LVK.
Important
LVK is not responsible for broken or leaking products. LVK may stop receiving and shipping a leaking product, and is not obligated to provide special project assistance for leaking items.
For related packaging standards, see Fragile Product Requirements.
