Liquid Product Process
LVK can ship liquids only if you are pre-approved by your sales representative. Each liquid unit must be individually boxed for sale (or safely boxed in product packaging if sold as more than one liquid bottle per product packaging when arriving from the vendor) with a scannable barcode on the outside of each unit's product packaging. You (the merchant) are responsible for advising your Implementation Specialist of which liquid SKUs require bubble wrap during your onboarding experience.
If you are expanding your product line after you've completed onboarding, please reach out directly to your Customer Success Manager, letting them know about your new liquid SKUs and the requirement for bubble wrap. We want your customers to receive dry packages; please let us know if you're adding liquids to your product line.
Send Proper Paperwork
Many liquids require an MSDS. Merchants are responsible for providing their sales representatives with all MSDS paperwork which must be approved before sending inventory to LVK's centers.
LVK is not responsible for broken or leaking liquids. LVK reserves the right to stop receiving and shipping leaking products upon the first leaky product found. LVK is not obligated to provide special project assistance if items are found to be leaking.
See LVK's Fragile Product Requirements here.
