Can LVK ship liquids?

Liquid Product Process

Important

LVK can only ship liquids if you are pre-approved by your sales representative.

Before sending liquid inventory, ensure the following:

  • Each liquid unit must be individually boxed with a scannable barcode on the outside of the product packaging.
  • If sold as multiple bottles per package (as received from the vendor), the packaging must safely contain all bottles with a barcode on the outside.
  • Notify your Implementation Specialist during onboarding about any liquid SKUs that require bubble wrap.

If you add liquid SKUs after onboarding, contact your Customer Success Manager with details about the new SKUs and any bubble wrap requirements.

Send Proper Paperwork

Many liquids require a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). You must provide all required MSDS paperwork to your sales representative for approval before sending inventory to LVK.

Important

LVK is not responsible for broken or leaking products. LVK reserves the right to stop receiving and shipping leaking products and is not obligated to provide special project assistance for leaking items.
