B2B and wholesale orders need special handling from the Special Projects team, including retailer-specific labeling, palletizing, and custom documentation. Submit a request before the order ships so the warehouse knows how to prepare it.
How to Submit a B2B Order Request in LVK
- Create the order with SKUs and quantities in your store or in the LVK app.
- Place the order On Hold on the LVK order page.
- Initiate a ticket with the Special Projects team.

Select Special Projects & B2B/Wholesale Order from the Issue category list and select B2B/Wholesale Order from the Special Projects category list.
- Select the retailer. If the retailer isn't listed, select Other and enter the retailer name in the ticket.
- Add the order details listed below, then submit the ticket.
If this is your first submission for a retailer, say so in the ticket. New retailers have compliance rules the warehouse needs to set up before picking.
Information to Include in Your B2B Order Ticket
Missing details delay the request, so include everything that applies to your order.

| Shipping method | Whether the shipment is freight or small parcel. For freight, state whether you or LVK arranges it. For small parcel, state whether you provide labels or LVK ships with its own. |
Important
When you send product cases, label each case with the correct barcode. Unlabeled cases can trigger non-compliance fees from the retailer.
What Happens After You Submit a B2B Order Request
- The Special Projects team reviews your ticket and gives you an estimated completion time.
- The warehouse prepares the order.
- The Special Projects team updates your ticket once the work is complete.

Labor is charged at $45/hr in the US and $63/hr in Canada, with a 15-minute minimum per request.
