You can fulfill orders yourself instead of sending them to LVK. When you do, cancel the order in LVK so the warehouse does not ship it too. An uncanceled order results in a double shipment to your customer.
Important
Cancel the order in LVK before 1:00 AM EST on the day it is scheduled to ship. After that time the warehouse has already begun processing and the order can no longer be canceled or changed. See How to Cancel and Order for the cancellation steps.
How the LVK Cancellation Deadline Works
The deadline is 1:00 AM EST on the scheduled ship date, not 24 hours after the order is placed. For example, an order placed Sunday at 2:00 PM EST is scheduled to ship Monday. You must fulfill it yourself, cancel it, or change it by 1:00 AM EST Monday to prevent a double shipment.
Restocking Fees for Orders Stopped After Processing
If LVK can stop the shipment before it leaves the facility, a restocking fee applies:
- $5 minimum per shipment, which covers restocking up to 3 items
- $1 per unit for each additional item in the order beyond the first 3
