Your contract with LVK will include a rate card specific to your account. Several factors can contribute to determining the shipping pricing with LVK, including but not limited to:

• Shipment weight
• Shipping zone
• Products' sizes
• Volume of orders

Account-Related Fees

US & Canada

• A monthly fee of $500 is included to cover the expenses of developing essential technology that enhances order precision, shipping efficiency, and cost transparency. More info HERE. 
• Setting up an account: based on your account's size and complexity, onboarding may incur a fee. 
• If you don't have a store or an API integration, we can import your product for $15 per CSV upload.
• Data export service: Our engineering-specialized team offers access to your account data for report-building purposes in the CSV, JSON, or Parquet format for a monthly cost of $500.
• LVK storage is charged daily per SKU based on the total cubic volume in stock. Storage fees depend on your account size and volume. Please feel free to contact our support team for more information.

Product-Related Fees

Additional Product-Related Fees

• If your product needs a non-standard packing size, please take a look at the cost HERE. These costs will be added to the total order shipping cost. 
• If you want LVK to ship your Dropship products, you will have a drop ship fee on your agreement for shipping in CA and US. 
• The picking fee starts at $0.33 per pick. Certain agreements even include up to 3 picks in their rates! If an order needs additional picks, those are charged at $0.33 each. If you want more details, please get in touch with our support team or sales representative.

Shipping Fees

LVK offers 3 different shipping methods: Standard, Expedited, and Overnight, all of which have their own pricing structure based on your account demographics, as mentioned above. In addition to these rates, there are several other fees you may incur including but not limited to:

• Fuel Surcharge Fee: More details can be found HERE.
• Unexpected Carrier Surcharges (UCS):  Carriers occasionally encounter obstacles when delivering packages to certain areas or under certain conditions. As a result, carriers will pass along unexpected carrier surcharges (UCS) to LVK to account for this added expense and time; we will pass the fee to those affected merchants. More info HERE
• Large Order Fee: Depending on the pricing model of your contract, orders that need to be packed in three or more packages will potentially be subject to additional fees.

NOTE: Because we cannot predict each order's size, weight, needs, etc., LVK does not provide quotes for Small Parcel or Special Project (D2C and B2B) shipments. 

Other Billing Details

• LVK pricing is based on the shipment's end weight and the shipping method type. If you need your rate card, please open a ticket HERE to submit a ticket to our support team.
• Our pricing can change based on our carriers' rates and tech fees. Our rate changes will be informed by email. You can visit our TOS for updates on our service conditions. 
• Based on your business, our sales team may be able to apply discounts or additional charges that will be listed in your agreement. 
• Pricing includes pick, pack, shipping, and a standard box or poly mailer (Packaging material may vary according to availability)
• Our rates include X units ("picks") per order depending on your agreement. Each additional unit ("pick") will cost more per order.
• A $500 monthly Tech Fee is applied to all clients if billing less $100k per month. This fee covers the costs of building the necessary technology to improve order accuracy, shipping speed, and cost visibility.
• If you are sending fragile items please note that we charge $0.50 to bubble wrap per unit per order.

• You will have access to your invoices on the LVK app HERE.
• When the dimensional weight is greater than the actual weight, the dimensional weight is used instead of the package's actual weight.
  • DIM Weight (lbs) = L * W * H / 166.DIM weight is ignored when the volume is<1 cubic foot (1728) and the package weight is< 1lb.

• LVK will charge DIM fees even if using USPS Media Mail method. 
• You must have a credit card on file. You will be charged daily (M-F) for storage and orders shipped. You will be charged once you have a minimum of $20 in charges. However, your invoice will be generated for all the charges
• Some weight discrepancy is expected due to the ordinary course of business.
  • Shipments of 2+ lbs that have a weight discrepancy of 1 lb or less and shipments of less than 1.99 lb that have a weight discrepancy of 2 oz or less will not be investigated for billing discrepancies
• An additional $4 surcharge is added for packages with any dimension over 22". An additional $8 for any dimension over 30". An additional $19.50 is applied to packages that measure more than 48 inches on the longest side or more than 30 inches on the second longest side.

• LVK will establish receiving fees based on each agreement. Please follow our Receiving guidelines to avoid non-compliance fees. 

• Returns must be approved by the support team. Open a ticket with support HERE.
• Our main payment method is a credit card. For larger US accounts, it is possible to set up ACH with pre-approval from the Sales team. Open a ticket with support HERE.
• An oversize charge applies to packages that exceed 96" in length or 130" in length and girth. Rating will be based on the greater of the package's actual rounded or dimensional weight, subject to a 90 lbs minimum billable weight. Any packages over 20 lbs must be pre-approved.
• Package weights are rounded up when billed. For example, 1.54 lbs are rounded up to 2 lbs.
