Receiving Fees

LVK receiving charges can be found in your particular fulfillment agreement.

Our standard receiving policy is as follows:

Pallet Receiving

• Single SKU on pallet = ​p​allet charge
• Mixed SKU on pallet = ​break down into multiple pallets or charge carton​ depending on quantity of cartons
• Mixed Lots on pallet = break down into multiple pallets or charge carton​ depending on quantity of cartons

Carton Receiving

• Single Cartons arrive unpalletized = ​c​arton charge
• Single Cartons for palletization = ​c​arton charge

*Height limit on pallets is 63"; if a single layer on a pallet is higher than 18" it will be received as a pallet

Unit Receiving

• Mixed Carton = ​u​nit charge

Additional Freight Charges

Container

• Unloading charge (separate from ​a​bove receiving charges)

Freight LTL/FTL

• Unknown freight delivery
