The Storage Report shows what you're being charged to store inventory at LVK warehouses. What the report displays depends on your account's storage model, so identify your model first, then export the report for the period you need.
How to Access the Storage Report in LVK
Log in to your LVK account and go to Reports > Storage in the main menu.
How to Tell Which Storage Model Your Account Uses
The title at the top of the Storage page tells you which model your account is on. Each model calculates storage fees differently, so check this before reading your charges.
Bins & Pallets Storage Model
When the title at the top of the page reads Storage, your account uses the Bins & Pallets Storage Model, which charges by the number of bins and pallet positions your inventory occupies.
Cubic Storage Model
When the title at the top right reads Cubic Storage, your account uses the Cubic Storage Model, which charges by the volume of space your inventory takes up.
How to Download Your Storage Report
- Go to Reports > Storage.
- Select the timeframe you want the report to cover.
- Select Export All Rows to CSV. LVK will email the file to the address on your account.
