Quick Start: How to Find Your Reports
- Log in to your LVK account
- Click on the Reports tab.
Available Reports
| Report Name | Definition |
|---|---|
| Inventory Report | A real-time snapshot of all your stock (products that are in the warehouse or products that are inbound/on their way). |
| Inventory Change Log | Track every single time your stock changes (additions, deductions, shipments, etc.). |
| Inventory Movements | A broader historical overview to see the total units that have been shipped, received, or returned over a selected time period. |
Recommended Best Practices:
- Export reports at the End of the Day (EOD) to get the most accurate snapshot, as your stock levels constantly change during the day.

Inventory Report

This report offers a real-time snapshot of all your inventory at any LVK warehouse location, whether the stock is physically at the warehouse or is inbound inventory (products that are currently on their way and have not arrived yet).
Key Features:
- Filtered by warehouse.
- Search for a specific SKU.
- Use the gear icon to manage which columns are displayed.
- Export data as needed.
Inventory Report Key Terms:
| Report Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Total on-hand | The number of product units currently physically located in the warehouse at this exact moment. |
| Total allocated | The number of units that are assigned to existing customer orders. |
| Total available | The units you can sell right now. (On-Hand - Allocated= Available). |
| Total backordered | The number of units needed to fill existing orders, but which do not have enough on-hand inventory. |
| Total on order | The number of units on incoming shipping plans but have not yet been received into LVK inventory. |
| Total pending return | The number of units that are expected to be returned based on pending RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations). |
Inventory Change Log

This report tracks all SKU inventory changes over time, including shipments and cycle count adjustments. It helps you monitor every single addition or deduction of your inventory.

- Filter by date or warehouse to see when and where changes were made.

- Export data as needed.
Columns Defined
| Report Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Created at | Tells you when the stock change occurred (the date the inventory was updated in the warehouse). |
| Warehouse | Tells you where the change happened (the LVK location the change occurred in). |
| Product Name & SKU | Identifies which product was affected. |
| Previous inventory on hand | The total number of units before the inventory change was recorded. |
| Updated inventory on hand | The total number of units after the change was completed. |
| Reason for the change in stock | Explains why the stock level changed (e.g., shipment, cycle count adjustment). |
Inventory Movements Report
For a broader historical overview, this report shows the total units shipped and received per SKU over a selected time period.
Key Features:
- Filter by date.
- Search by SKU.
- Use the gear icon to manage which columns are displayed in your data table.
- Export data as needed.
It provides data for:

| Total SKUs received | The total number of units LVK received from all incoming shipping plans during the time period. |
| Total SKUs shipped | The total number of units LVK fulfilled (sent out) on customer orders during the time period. |
| Total returned | The total number of units included in RMAs (Returns) created by customers during the time period. |
| Total restocked from return | The total number of units from returns that were re-added to your usable inventory (including "Return to Sender" items). |
