To successfully manage your business, inventory management is vital. LVK's report section offers downloadable and useful information to ensure efficiency.
Inventory Report Basics
- We suggest exporting the reports at the end of the day (EOD) since we process and ship orders daily, and the data may change throughout the day.
- If you are having issues or errors while downloading data, feel free to contact Customer Support.

How to access the report section?
- Login into your LVK account.
- Click on the Reports tab.
The available inventory reports are as follows:
- Inventory (live snapshot)
- Inventory Change Log (individual additions/deductions to inventory)
- Inventory Movements (overview of historical inventory data)
Inventory report
This report provides real-time updates on current inventory numbers, ensuring you always have the latest information.
This report generates data for the following:
- Total on-hand number
- Total allocated
- Total available
- Total back ordered
- Total on order ( Purchase orders/Shipping plans)
- Total pending return
Inventory change log
This report provides a comprehensive record of SKU inventory changes over a specific time frame, allowing you to easily track shipment and cycle count adjustments.
By using this report, you can easily track individual inventory deductions and additions.
This report generates data for the following:
- Date of change
- Warehouse
- Product Name & SKU
- Previous inventory on hand
- Updated inventory on hand
- Reason for the change in stock
- If the item was checked in cycle counting or not, and the user that made the change
You can apply date and warehouse filters before exporting.
You can download the report and filter by cycle count to track your inventory:
Inventory movements report
If you want a broader overview of historical data, the Inventory Movements report is the perfect tool for you, as it displays the overall number of units shipped and received per SKU.
This report generates data for the following:
- Total SKUs received
- Total SKUs shipped
- Total returned
- Total restocked from return ( Return to sender included)
You can apply date and SKU filters before exporting.
