The Shipments Report shows the cost and shipping details for every order LVK has shipped for you. Use it to see what each shipment cost, which carrier and method it used, and where it went.
How to Access the Shipments Report
- Log in to your LVK portal.
- Select Reports in the left-hand menu.
- Select Shipments from the submenu. The report opens with your shipments from the last month.
How the Shipments Report Works
The report shows shipping costs LVK charged within the time frame you select, and refreshes within 24 hours of a shipment. Orders fulfilled by other fulfillment centers don't appear here. Find those on the Orders Shipped tab or in your sales channel.
The Shipments Report displays the following columns, from left to right:
- Order Number: the LVK order identifier, linked to the order record
- Shop: the sales channel the order came from, listed as Manual Order when created directly in LVK
- Warehouse: the LVK facility that shipped the order
- Zone: the shipping zone the order was delivered to
- Cost: the amount LVK charged to fulfill the order, including insurance where applied, with a DIM badge when the shipment was billed on dimensional weight
- Billable weight (lb): the weight used to calculate the shipping charge
- # of Picks: the number of units picked for the order
- Size (in): the dimensions of the final packaging
- Ship Date: the date the order left the warehouse
- Method: the LVK shipping method applied to the order, such as Standard or Expedited
- Shipping Carrier: the carrier that transported the shipment, with a tracking link
- Shipping Label: a link to view the shipping label PDF
The delivery date isn't shown in the app. Export the report to CSV and check the delivery_status_at column, which gives the date and time of the delivery scan.
Shipments Report Term Definitions

| Total Shipments | The number of individual labels created. |
| Total Items Shipped | The number of individual units shipped. |
| Type of Order | Whether the order was created manually or imported from a store. |
