The Order Profitability report calculates the cost to customers and profit metrics for the timeframe you select. To view it, use the left navigation bar and go to Reports > Order Profitability.
LVK Order Profitability Report Definitions
| Cost/Profit | Description |
|---|---|
| Cost to Customer | The shipping cost you (the merchant) charged your end customer. |
| LVK Shipping Cost | The cost LVK charged you (the merchant) to fulfill the order. |
| LVK Shipping Profit | The money you gained or lost on shipping, calculated as Cost to Customer minus LVK Shipping Cost. For example, if you charged your customer $6.00 for shipping and LVK charged you $5.00, you made a $1.00 profit on the order. |
