This report calculates the cost to customers and profit metrics for the timeframe indicated. To view this report, use the left navigation bar and go to Reports > Order Profitability.
Profitability Report Definitions
- Cost to Customer: Cost of shipping that you (the merchant) charged your end-customer for shipping
- LVK Shipping Cost: Cost LVK charged you (the merchant) to fulfill an order

LVK Shipping Profit: Money gained or lost on shipping. (Cost to Customer - LVK Shipping Cost = LVK Shipping Profit)
- Example: If you charged your customer $6.00 for shipping and LVK charged you $5.00 for shipping, you made a profit of $1.00 on the order.
