PostHero reports transit times and order issues using a set of defined statuses and color rules. This reference explains how PostHero calculates each metric, what every order status means, and how often the data refreshes.
For navigation and filtering steps, see How to Use the PostHero Dashboard.
PostHero Transit Time Map Colors
Map colors reflect the average number of business days between order creation and delivery:
| Average business days | State color |
|---|---|
| 6 or more | Red |
| 4 to 5 | Yellow |
| 3 or fewer | Green |
PostHero Order Issue Statuses
PostHero flags orders that are stuck, lost, or delayed.
| Status | What it includes |
|---|---|
| All | Every problematic order: delayed, lost, or stuck. |
| Delayed | Orders shipped 7 or more business days ago and not yet delivered, where the last carrier update was within the last 2 business days. |
| Lost or Stuck | Orders shipped but not delivered, where the last carrier update was more than 2 days ago. The order stays stuck until the carrier sends an update or you mark it resolved. |
Ordered vs. Ready Status in PostHero
Ordered is when an order syncs into LVK from your store. Ready is when the order is flagged as Ready to Ship: Yes.
How PostHero Defines a Business Day
LVK counts business days as Monday through Saturday, with no time-of-day restriction.
PostHero Data Refresh Schedule
PostHero updates automatically every hour between 11 AM and 11 PM EST. Manually resolved orders leave the list at the next refresh.
