LVK will need a payment method added to your account before receiving and shipping your products.
To add a credit card, navigate to the Billing page in your account and click "Add Credit Card."
Important
- A valid credit card must be added to your LVK account even if you pay with another payment method.
- If paying by credit card, a 2.9% processing fee (4.4% for international cards) will appear on your LVK invoice as a separate line item called "Stripe Fee."
- If you need to set up another payment method, please open a ticket HERE. Our support team will determine if you are eligible for a change.
