LVK includes free reporting for inventory, shipments, storage, and movements. The Data Export service gives you direct access to your raw account data so you can build your own reports against it. Use it when the built-in reports don't cover what you need.
A dedicated engineering team sets up the export and delivers your data to your own cloud storage. Available formats are CSV, JSON, and Parquet. Parquet is recommended for the best performance with large data sets.
The Data Export service costs $500 per month in addition to your regular LVK subscription.
How to Request the LVK Data Export Service
- Open a ticket with the LVK support team using the Data Export request form.
- Review and sign the service agreement. It outlines the scope of the service and the additional cost.
- Provide your AWS account, access credentials (keys), and the destination path. The engineering team uses these to upload your data exports to your cloud storage.
Important
Data exports are delivered only to a cloud storage location you own. LVK cannot begin the export until you provide valid AWS credentials and a destination path.
