Steps for Using the Manual Order Template
Download the simplified template (attached at the bottom of this article).
- Complete the order fields, then upload the file via CSV upload.
- You can add columns beyond the minimum required — the template shows only the fields needed to create the order.
- Double-check all customer information before uploading. LVK is not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses.
Important
- If multiple SKUs ship to the same address, each SKU needs its own row — use the same order number across all rows.
- Avoid special characters and extra spaces. For country codes, use 2-letter abbreviations (US not USA; CA not CAN).
- Keep manual orders to 100 line items or fewer. For larger orders, split them into multiple uploads.
