How to Create Manual Orders

Manual orders let you send orders to LVK without a connected store. Enter a single order by hand in the LVK app, or upload many at once with a CSV file. Both methods create real fulfillment orders the warehouse picks and ships.

How to Upload Orders in Bulk with CSV Order Upload

CSV Order Upload adds many orders to LVK at once from a spreadsheet, so you don't need a connected store like Shopify or Amazon. Prepare your file using the manual order template, then upload it at CSV Order Upload.

How to Use the Manual Order CSV Template

  1. Download the simplified order template attached at the bottom of this article.
  2. Fill in the order fields for each order. The template includes only the fields required to create an order, and you can add more columns if you need them.
  3. Review every customer address before you upload. LVK ships to the address on the file and is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
  4. Go to CSV Order Upload and upload your completed file.Manual order CSV template showing the required order fields and a sample row

Important

  • When multiple SKUs ship to the same address, give each SKU its own row and repeat the same order number on every row. Rows with different order numbers become separate shipments.
  • Remove special characters and extra spaces from all fields.
  • Use 2-letter country codes: US, not USA. CA, not CAN.
  • Keep each manual order to 100 line items or fewer. Split larger orders across multiple uploads.
