Customs and Tax ID Requirements for Inbound International Shipments to LVK

Inbound Freight

If you're shipping goods to LVK from an international location, you (the shipper) must give your freight company or supplier your Canadian Business ID and/or US Tax ID. LVK is a third-party service provider and doesn't provide a Tax ID to freight services. You're responsible for giving your Tax ID information directly to your freight service.

Inbound Small Parcel

LVK reserves the right to refuse inbound parcels that don't have duties paid or that don't list you (the shipper) as the importer of record. Ship all inbound parcels Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), using your carrier account or your vendor's. Let your vendors know about this requirement.
