Standard, Expedited & Overnight Shipping Carriers

We offer Standard, Expedited, and Overnight shipping methods. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier's timing and availability.

Standard Shipping

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before noon fulfillment center time ship the same day. Holidays are excluded.
  • Standard Shipping is the default method on your account. To use a different method, see how to map your shipping methods.
  • Standard Shipping delivers in 3-5 business days.
  • Tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to go live.

Expedited Shipping

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before noon fulfillment center time ship the same day. Holidays are excluded.
  • You must map Expedited Shipping in LVK. See how to map your shipping methods.
  • Customers receive a tracking number by the end of the day.
  • Transit time is 2-3 days.
  • Orders placed on Thursday arrive Monday, with some exceptions allowing Saturday delivery.
  • Orders placed on Friday arrive Tuesday.

Note for wholesale orders: Expedited Shipping is only available for orders with fewer than 50 picks. Contact support@lvk.com for wholesale orders of 50 or more units.

Overnight Shipping

  • Orders placed Monday through Thursday before noon fulfillment center time ship the same day. Holidays are excluded.
  • You must map Overnight Shipping in LVK. See how to map your shipping methods.
  • Orders placed on Friday arrive Monday, with some exceptions allowing Saturday delivery.

Carriers

We use a mix of shipping carriers. Our Ship app prioritizes the cheapest and fastest carrier available for each order.

Most Common Carriers by Service Level

  • Standard: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, GLS, VEHO, Better Trucks, AxleHire, ACI, Parcel Select, UniUni
  • Expedited: FedEx, UPS, USPS, VEHO, AxleHire, Better Trucks, UniUni
  • Overnight: FedEx, UPS, VEHO, UniUni
  • Canada: FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, Canada Post, UniUni

Important

  • During peak season, shipping times vary by carrier.
  • Marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Walmart won't accept local carriers. As a marketplace user, you'll be charged a 5.9% surcharge on shipping costs so LVK can map the correct carriers.
  • International shipments can only be sent using Standard Shipping.
  • Overnight and Expedited Shipping are only available for orders with fewer than 50 picks.
  • Orders cannot exceed 30 lbs. Open a ticket for oversized shipments.
  • LVK has negotiated rates with all major carriers, including some you may not have heard of. If you request an order be mapped directly to a specific carrier, the shipping rate may not match your standard rate card and could be higher, depending on the carrier and method selected.
  • PO box addresses:
    • US PO box destinations ship via USPS, including carriers that use USPS for last-mile delivery.
    • Canadian PO box destinations ship via Canada Post.
