Important Notes
Standard Shipping
- Monday - Friday orders placed before noon Fulfillment Center time will be fulfilled the same day. (Holidays recognized.)
- The Standard Shipping method is the default setup on your account. If you want to change that, please follow the steps HERE.
- Standard Shipping will reach most people in 3-5 business days.
- Tracking numbers could take 24-48 hours to be live.
Expedited Shipping
- Monday - Friday orders placed before noon Fulfillment Center time will be fulfilled the same day. (Holidays recognized.)
- You must map Expedited Shipping in LVK. Please follow the steps HERE.
- Your customers will receive a tracking number by the end of the day.
- Transit time is 2-3 days
- Orders placed on Thursday will be delivered on Monday (With some exceptions allowing for Saturday delivery)
- Orders placed on Friday should arrive on Tuesday.
- Expedited Shipping is only available for orders with less than 50 picks. Please contact support@lvk.com for wholesale orders (Orders with 50 or more units)
Overnight Shipping

- You must map Overnight Shipping in LVK. Please follow the steps HERE.
- Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday (With some exceptions allowing for Saturday delivery)
Carriers
We use a mix of shipping carriers for shipping. Our Ship app prioritizes the cheapest/fastest carriers when shipping your orders.
Service level most common carriers:
- Standard: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, GLS, VEHO, Better Trucks, AxleHire, ACI, Parcel Select, UniUni.
- Expedited: FedEx, UPS, USPS, VEHO, AxleHire, Better Trucks, UniUni.
- Overnight: FedEx, UPS, VEHO, UniUni.
- In Canada, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, and Canada Post, UniUni.
Important Notes
- During peak season, shipping times depend on each carrier.
- Marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Tik Tok Shop and Walmart won't accept local carriers. As a Marketplace user, you will be subject to a 5.9% surcharge on your shipping cost so LVK can map the correct carriers.
- International shipments can only be sent using standard methods.
- Overnight and Expedited shipping is only available for orders with less than 50 picks.
- Orders cannot exceed 30 lbs. (Please open a ticket for oversize shipments)
- LVK has negotiated rates with all the major carriers and some you may not have heard of. If you desire an order to be directly mapped to a specific carrier, the shipping rate may not match your standard rate card and may be charged a higher rate due to the carrier and method selected.
- PO Box Addresses:
- Orders with USA PO box destinations are delivered via USPS, including carriers that use USPS as last mile delivery.
- Orders with Canadian PO box destinations are delivered via Canada Post
