Global-e and Virtual SKUs

When shipping with Global-e, all items should be marked as shipped in LVK even virtual or subscription SKUs.

The feature "This product requires shipping" must be enabled on each SKU to import as pending in the LVK App.

If this feature is not enabled we could face issues while shipping those SKUs using Global-e.

How to Mark SKUs for Global-e

1. Log in to your Shopify account as an admin and mark the virtual SKUs you will be shipping with Global-e as requiring shipping:
