Some customers use a P.O. Box to keep their home address private. LVK ships to P.O. Boxes, but only USPS delivers to them. UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers cannot be used for these orders. Regular shipping rates apply to P.O. Box packages.
Important
Expedited shipping methods are not available for P.O. Box addresses. You can change an order's address or shipping method only before the warehouse begins processing it. LVK does not issue credits or make changes once processing has started.
How to Tell if an Order Ships to a P.O. Box
A P.O. Box address includes "P.O. Box" followed by a number. Look for it in one of three places:
- As the entire address line, with no street address
- After the street address on the same line
- In the second address field
Address Line 1 holds the street address or the P.O. Box number. Address Line 2 holds extra detail such as an apartment number, suite number, building name, or floor. A P.O. Box in either field makes the order a P.O. Box shipment.
When an Order Is Already Processing
Once the warehouse starts working on an order, the order page shows a banner confirming it is in process. At that point the address and shipping method are locked.
