Inventory push is the setting that lets LVK send its inventory counts to your store and overwrite what the store shows. Turning it off during a flash sale or a large product promotion keeps your store in control of its own counts, which prevents overselling when orders come in faster than LVK can sync. Inventory push is enabled by default.
How to Turn Off LVK Inventory Push to Your Store
- Log in to LVK and go to the Connected Stores page.

Click the three dots next to the store you want to update.
- Uncheck Push inventory numbers from LVK to your store.
While inventory push is off, LVK stops updating your store's inventory counts. Your store shows whatever numbers it had at the time you turned the setting off, so turn inventory push back on after your sale ends to resync.
