LVK lets you map your store's shipping options to LVK shipping methods so it processes orders correctly. Any time you add a new shipping rate to your store, you must map it in LVK.
If you don't map a shipping method, LVK falls back to your default account setting. The default is Standard (3–5 day shipping), which you can update at any time.
How to Map Shipping Methods in LVK
Before you map a shipping method, it must already exist in your store and have been used on at least one order that's imported into LVK. If that's done, skip to step 3.
- Create the shipping rate in your store.
- Place a test order using the new shipping rate. The order imports into LVK automatically.
New shipping methods appear only after being used on an order.
- Go to Settings > Shipping and scroll to Specific Shipping Methods.

Click the Shipping Method dropdown next to the Shop Shipping Method you want to map and select the appropriate option.
- Click Save.
LVK does not automatically import rate cards. A rate card is the carrier pricing you've negotiated for your account. Contact our support team to request your rate card and make sure your shipping prices match your costs.
