LVK lets you map your store's shipping options to LVK shipping methods, so orders are processed correctly. Any time you add a new shipping rate to your store, you must map it in LVK.
If a shipping method is not mapped, LVK will fall back to your default account setting. The default is Standard (3–5 day shipping), which you can update at any time.
How to Map Shipping Methods
Before mapping, the shipping method must exist in your store and have been used on at least one order imported into LVK. If that's done, skip to step 3.
- Create the shipping rate in your store.
- Place a test order using the new shipping rate and let it import into LVK.
New shipping methods appear in LVK only after being used on an order — there is no automatic sync.
- Go to Settings > Shipping and scroll to Specific Shipping Methods.
- Click the LVK Shipping Method dropdown next to the Shop Shipping Method you want to map and select the appropriate option.
- Click Save.
LVK does not automatically import rate cards. Contact our support team to request your rate card and ensure your shipping prices align with your costs.
