Your manufacturer can ship product directly to the LVK warehouse. LVK still needs a Shipping Plan and clear identification on the boxes to receive that inventory into your account.
Requirements for Manufacturer Direct Shipments to LVK
- Create a Shipping Plan that lists every SKU and the quantity of each SKU being sent.
- Confirm the barcodes on the product match the barcodes in LVK.
- Follow the receiving guidelines, including no mixed SKUs in a single box.
- Have the manufacturer apply your LVK paperwork to the outside of each box, or at minimum place it inside, so LVK can identify the product as yours.
Important
If your manufacturer cannot apply LVK labels or paperwork, add the tracking number and your account name to the Shipping Plan. Shipments that arrive without labels on the outside take longer to process, because LVK has to trace the tracking number to identify the owner of the product.
