Can a Manufacturer Send My Product Directly to LVK?

You can have your manufacturer send the product directly to use but here is some important information:

  • You must still create a Shipping Plan with all SKUs, and amount of SKUs that are being sent in
  • Barcodes are correct on the product and in LVK
  • The receiving guidelines are followed (no mixed SKUs in boxes)
  • The manufacturer applies our paperwork on the outside or at least inside the box so that we know it is your product
  • Important: If the manufacturer doesn't apply our labels/paperwork then you MUST add the tracking number to the shipping plan. Make sure to add your account name too.
  • Please note shipments that arrive without labels on the outside may take longer to process because we have to investigate the tracking number or owner of products.
