If you connect your store to LVK and products are not importing, please allow 15 minutes to for changes to reflect in the app.
After 15 minutes, if products are still not showing on our product page - Make sure to review the following:
Each product on your store (Amazon, eBay, Shopify WooCommerce, etc) should have:
- Product name
- Unique SKU
- Upc /barcode
- The product must be created and active not on draft or pending.
- Must be visible on the store
If you do not have an API integration or a direct store integration, LVK can upload your products for you via CSV. Each CSV file upload is $15 USD or $15 CAD.
