IMPORTANT: If the order shows "The warehouse is currently processing this order" (As pictured below) you cannot cancel or edit items or apply a hold on it to avoid shipping.
This banner is showing because the fulfillment center team members (Pickers, Packers, etc.) are already working on this order meaning it was already deducted from stock, and making changes will lead to inventory issues. Changes on orders will only apply if the order is not being processed.
How to Add a Product to an Order
Before adding a product check if the product has in stock inventory.
- Open the order.
- Click on Add Item.
- Change the quantities.
- Hit Save.
How to Remove a Product from an Order
- Open the order.
- Change the Quantity to Ship to zero.
- Hit Save.
How to Set Allow Partial
If an order has multiple items, but some are not in stock, you can choose the allow partial option, so we short-ship the item we have.
- Open the order.
- Select the Allow Partial check box
- Hit Save.
NOTE: This will generate 2 or more shipping labels and your account will be charged for each.
How to Cancel an Order
If you need to cancel an order use the option on the More Actions menu.
How to Edit an Address on an Order
Follow the steps below to edit/update the address on an order.
- Open the order and click on the address, which will be highlighted in blue.
2. Edit the address fields as needed and click Update to save.

How to Re-Ship an Order
- If you need to reship the order you can click on the More Actions tab.
- From the dropdown menu, click Reship Items.
How to Set Gift Invoice
- If you need the order to have a gift invoice (meaning the cost of the product will not be visible) check the below box.
How to Change the Shipping Method on Orders
- If you only need to modify one order, you can do so on the Order Page as soon as the order is placed. The order should be listed as "Ready." If the order is listed as "Processed," changes at this stage CANNOT be made.
NOTE: If the order is being processed by the fulfillment center team, we cannot prevent the package from shipping.
