Key Deadlines

Inventory & Receiving Deadlines

All inventory must arrive at your LVK Fulfillment Center by the dates below for proper receiving and slotting.

Receiving compliant shipping plans can take up to 5 business days. Inventory that does not follow our receiving guidelines may be subject to longer wait times, rejection, and additional fees.

Important

Share your holiday sales forecasts with your CSM or our support team so we can plan staffing and resources accordingly.

Carrier Deadlines for Customer Orders

Orders must be placed and ready to ship by the dates below to arrive by the holiday.

Peak Season Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Standard shipping times are adjusted during peak season. Shipping times do not include transit — delivery depends on carrier deadlines. LVK is not responsible for carrier delays, and some carriers may not scan packages during peak season.

Shipping Time SLAs

The following SLAs apply to orders imported as Ready to Ship (no blockers or holds).

Order Type Fulfillment SLA
Standard Orders Fulfilled within 3 business days.
Expedited and Overnight Orders Fulfilled within 2 business days.
Marketplace Orders (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) Fulfilled within 2 business days. Adjust your handling time in your seller account to avoid issues.

Important Note

Standard and Expedited orders must be Ready to Ship by noon (warehouse local time) to be processed the same day. Orders ready after noon begin their SLA clock the following business day.

Special Projects & Returns

Between November 1 and December 31, the following services will be temporarily unavailable or delayed:

  • Special Projects: Complex projects (barcoding, kitting) will not be offered. Contact support for special requests.
  • Returns: Processing will be delayed up to 10 days. Standard processing resumes January 31, 2026.

Peak Season Customer Support Hours

  • Standard Hours: Monday–Friday, 6 AM–8 PM ET. Hours may be adjusted starting November 20, 2025.
  • Response Times: New tickets within 2 hours; follow-ups within 4 hours. Most issues resolved within 2 business days (may vary by complexity).

Peak Season Warehouse Operating Hours

LVK warehouses operate 8 AM–6 PM (warehouse local time), with additional 24-hour shifts as needed. Warehouses are open 7 days a week during peak season. Refer to LVK's Holiday Observance schedule.
