I Can't Log In To My LVK Account

  1. Keep the problem browser window open.
  2. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) — go to lvk.shipsfor.us.
  3. If another browser doesn't work, try incognito/private mode in your usual browser.
  4. In the original browser, go to reset your password.
  5. Clear your local storage. (Not sure how? See here.)
  6. Clear your cookies (same settings — select "Cookies" instead of "Local Storage").
  7. Refresh the page and log in.
  • If you're not listed as an active user, contact your manager to grant you LVK access.
  • On a mobile device, use the "log in with another provider" option.

If you still can't log in, open a support ticket.
