A reorder level is the inventory quantity at which you want to restock a product. Set one per SKU per warehouse, and LVK tracks your on-hand inventory against it so you know when to send more stock.
How to Set a Reorder Level in LVK
- Log in to your account.

Go to Products in the left sidebar.
- Click the product you want to set a reorder level for.
- Under Warehouses, click the Reorder Level quantity to edit it.
- Press Enter to save.
Reorder levels are set per location. If a product is stocked at both LVK Allentown and LVK Vegas, you can set a different reorder level for each location on the same product.
Reorder Level Notifications in LVK
LVK sends reorder alerts through your Email Notification settings. Go to your user settings and select the Daily or Weekly account overview to receive them.
