LVK requires a payment method on your account before your products can be received or shipped. Add a credit card from the Billing page in your account settings.
How to Add a Credit Card to Your LVK Account
- Go to Settings in your account and select Billing on the right side. You can also go directly to the Billing Page.

Click Add Credit Card and enter your card details.
- Save the card to your account.
Important
A valid credit card is required on your LVK account even if you pay by another method.
Credit Card Processing Fees on LVK Invoices
Payments made by credit card carry a 2.9% processing fee, or 4.4% for international cards. The fee appears on your LVK invoice as a separate line item called Stripe Fee.
Requesting a Different Payment Method
To use a payment method other than a credit card, open a support ticket. The LVK support team will confirm whether your account is eligible.
