Where Can I Find the Order Tracking Number?

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship.

Orders fulfilled with a generic label will not have a tracking number assigned. The order will appear in the shipment report but without a clickable tracking link.

The tracking link in LVK redirects to the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.) where you can check delivery status.

  • If you have a store connected to the LVK app, we can push tracking numbers directly to your store so customers receive the tracking link automatically.
  • If you don't have a store connected (API or manual), tracking links are accessible on each individual order in the LVK app.

Tracking links are also available in the Reports tab under Shipments. Reports can be downloaded if needed.
