Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they are shipped.
NOTE: If an order is fulfilled with a generic label, a tracking number will NOT be assigned. The order will be visible in the shipment report, but will not include a clickable link, since there is no tracking number.
The tracking link in LVK will redirect to the shipping carrier's website so you can check the status. We work with a mix of carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc
- If you have a store connected to our LVK app we can activate notifications to push the tracking number to your store so your final customer can receive the tracking link.
- In case you don't have a store connected, such as connection through API or manual connection you can access the LVK app and click on the tracking link on each individual order.
You can also view the tracking link on the Report tab > Shipment. You can download your report if needed.
