By default, LVK does not print packing slips or invoices with shipments in order to reduce paper waste. If you'd like your customers to receive either document, contact your Implementation Specialist or submit a support ticket and we'll enable it for your account.

How to Customize Packing Slip
- Log into LVK.
- In the left-hand menu, navigate to Settings.
- Customize your company information.
- Upload a logo (it will appear in the upper-right corner of the packing slip).
How to Make a Packing Slip a Gift Invoice
If you use Shopify Gift Notes, the message is imported to the gift note field on the order and displayed on the invoice.
- Open the order and mark it as a gift invoice. This hides item costs from the customer's packing slip.
- Make sure to mark this option before the warehouse processes the order.
How to Request Invoice Customization
LVK can customize your invoices. Submit your request and we'll provide a quote and estimated timeline.
- Open a support ticket describing your customization request.
- Once approved, send us your invoice template in PDF format.
- Provide the paper size and type used at your pack/print stations. LVK prints invoices at 4×6.
- Include all required images and text so we can generate an accurate invoice.
