The Shipments Report shows your shipment costs and profits for orders fulfilled by LVK. To access it, go to Reports > Shipments in the left-hand menu.
How the Shipments Report Works
The report shows what LVK charged you for orders shipped within the selected time frame. Data takes up to 24 hours to calculate. Orders fulfilled by other fulfillment centers are not included — view those on the Orders Shipped tab or in your sales channel.
Each shipment record includes:
- Order Number and Shop (Manual Orders are labeled as such)
- Warehouse — where the order shipped from
- Zone — where the order shipped to
- Shipping Cost and Insurance
- Weight and size of the final packaging
- Number of Picks
- Ship Date and LVK Shipping Method
- Shipping Carrier with tracking link
- Shipping Label PDF
To see the delivery date, export the report to CSV and look for the "delivery_status_at" column — it shows the date and time of the delivery scan.
Term Definitions
- LVK Shipping Cost: What LVK charged you to fulfill the order. Click the cost to see a breakdown of label costs and fees.
- Total Shipments: Number of individual labels created.
- Total Items Shipped: Number of individual units shipped.
- Type of Order: Manual order or store-imported order.
