A shipping plan moves through five statuses as it moves from initiation to fully received. The status tells you where your inventory is in the LVK receiving flow and whether anything is blocking it.
Shipping Plan Statuses
Statuses appear in the order a shipping plan moves through them:
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Pending - Sent In | The shipping plan has been created in LVK. The warehouse hasn't received the inventory yet. |
| Arrived | The shipment has been delivered to the inbound facility and is in the queue to be processed. |
| Receiving | The receiving team is processing the shipment. |
| Needs Attention | The shipping plan is non-compliant or blocked for another reason and cannot be received. A Warehouse Account Manager contacts you to help make the shipping plan compliant. |
| Closed | All physical inventory delivered for the shipping plan has been received. |
To avoid a Needs Attention status, follow the LVK Receiving Overview when preparing your shipment. Non-compliant plans can also incur fees.
