Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) lets sellers store products at Amazon warehouses so Amazon handles order processing. LVK is a certified fulfillment center that preps your inventory to Amazon's requirements and ships it to an FBA facility. FBA prep is handled as a Special Project, so it runs on a request and approval process rather than automatically.

- Orders cannot be modified after submission. Review the address, quantities, and SKUs before you submit.
- LVK is not responsible for Amazon FBA rejections or changes to Amazon's policies.

How to Submit an Amazon FBA Order
Submit your FBA prep request to the LVK Special Projects team in this order:
- Create the order in LVK with the SKUs and quantities going to Amazon.
- Place the order on hold on the LVK order page so it doesn't ship before prep.
- Open a support ticket to start the FBA prep request. Attach all Amazon product labels (30 labels per sheet) and state whether the shipment needs to be palletized. Review Amazon's pallet restrictions and requirements before you answer.
- Wait for the Special Projects team to send you the finished box and pallet weights and dimensions.
- Create your FBA shipping plan in Amazon Seller Central using those weights and dimensions, then send the shipping labels back on the ticket.

Storage Penalty After Prep
Prepped orders left in the warehouse more than 3 business days after project completion are charged $15 per pallet per day, or $15 per small parcel per day, in USD or CAD. Send your shipping labels promptly to avoid this fee.
