LVK does not currently offer Section 321 clearance for shipments from Canada to the USA. Section 321 was a US customs provision that allowed low-value shipments to enter duty-free, and 2025 policy changes ended that option.
All LVK shipments from Canada to the USA now use FedEx International with DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. Under DDU, the recipient pays any duties and import taxes owed when the package arrives.
