Using Shopify Managed Markets with LVK

Shopify Managed Markets, powered by Global-e, handles the complexities of selling into other countries for you. Global-e remits tax to local authorities, accepts local payment methods, and collects duties and import tax on your behalf. It also issues your tax registration as a GUID, a unique code LVK needs in order to ship your international Managed Markets orders.

How to Set Up Shopify Managed Markets with LVK

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Markets > Preferences and copy your GUID.

  2. Send the GUID to your LVK sales or onboarding rep, or open a ticket with the LVK support team.
  3. LVK adds the GUID to your account carrier settings. Your Managed Markets orders can ship once that is in place.
