What is RockReturns?
RockReturns is an LVK partner that handles returns processing for US-based merchants. They receive your customers' returned items, create the RMA in LVK (an RMA, or return merchandise authorization, is the record that tracks a return), and ship the items to an LVK distribution center so they can go back into your available inventory. RockReturns accepts all product types, not just apparel, and has no minimum volume requirement. They have no international locations, so they can only process returns originating in the US.

LVK charges a receiving and restocking fee of $1.75 per unit for items returned through RockReturns.

RockReturns FAQs
Can I use RockReturns with Loop Returns or Returnly?
Yes. Loop Returns and Returnly are software integrations, and RockReturns processes the RMA through whichever one you use. RockReturns also sets up the return label address inside those systems for you.
Do I need to change any return settings in LVK for RockReturns?
No. RockReturns configures the settings for you. They set your default return location to My Location and update the address in the LVK General Admin area to the RockReturns warehouse address. LVK does not charge return fees for the My Location setting.
Are there additional fees for RockReturns shipments?
Yes, if a shipping plan is non-compliant. When you send in fewer than 25 units per SKU, the shipping plan is considered non-compliant and LVK charges $1 per unit to receive it. See LVK Shipping Plan Compliance Requirements for the full requirements.
