How to Create a Return
1. Search the Orders tab for the order you want to return.
2. Click More Actions and select Create Return.
3. Select the product and quantity to return.
4. Enter the customer's shipping address, then select whether to return the product to an LVK warehouse or your location.
5. To return to your location, open a support ticket so we can add your address.
The return address field cannot be changed.
6. Optionally, generate a return label for the customer.
7. Once created, track the return status here.
Return Status Keywords
- Paid Return: Customer returns using an LVK-generated shipping label.
- Self Return: Customer returns using their own shipping label.
- Return to Sender (RTS): Original package was refused or undeliverable and returned to the warehouse.
- RMA Pending: Return has not yet been received or processed by the warehouse.
- RMA Warehouse Complete: Return was received and processed — you can now initiate a refund or exchange.
- RMA Complete: RMA is closed.
