A return (also called an RMA) sends a product from your customer back to an LVK warehouse or to your own location. Create returns from the Orders tab, and LVK tracks each one from request through warehouse processing.
Before You Begin
Your account must be pre-approved for returns. If returns are not enabled yet, open a support ticket to request access.

How to Create a Return in LVK
- Log in to your account and search the Orders tab for the order you want to return.
-
Click More Actions and select Create Return.
- Select the product and the quantity to return.
-
Enter the customer's shipping address, then select whether the product returns to an LVK warehouse or to your own location.
-
Generate a return label for the customer. This step is optional.
To return product to your own location, open a support ticket so LVK can add your address. The return address field cannot be edited on the return itself.
