Issue
Trying to add a SKU to a shipping plan, but the search bar doesn't generate any results.
Possible solutions
Solution 1:
If the SKU is not active, please redefine your search by looking for inactive SKUs and make it active.
Solution 2:
The SKU is not created properly in the store; please ensure you have a SKU and product ID. The product ID is located on the product Shopify URL.
Solution 3:
The product you are trying to add is likely a kit SKU. This means that the SKU has components associated with it. Instead, of trying to add kit SKU, add the individual components to the shipping plan with the quantities you plan to send. Kit SKUs should not be added to shipping plans, only the component SKUs.
In the below example, we see this product has 1 kit component of "KBK02." When I create a shipping plan, I need to add the SKU KBK02 instead of the main product SKU. Always add the component.
If your SKU is NOT a kit and you tried the above, please open a ticket with LVK Support so we can try to import the product manually.
