Troubleshooting: Product is Not Available to Add to Shipping Plan

Issue

A SKU search in a shipping plan returns no results.

Possible Solutions

Solution 1: SKU is inactive

Filter your search to include inactive SKUs, then reactivate the SKU.

Solution 2: SKU not set up correctly

Make sure the product has both a SKU and a product ID. The product ID can be found in the product's Shopify URL.

Solution 3: SKU is a kit

If the product is a kit SKU, it cannot be added to a shipping plan directly. Add the individual component SKUs instead.

In the example below, the product has one kit component: "KBK02." When creating a shipping plan, add KBK02 — not the main kit SKU.

If your SKU is not a kit and the issue persists, open a support ticket and we'll try to import the product manually.
