What is Klaviyo? Klaviyo is a CRM for sending emails and SMS to customers. LVK sends carrier events — such as Order Delivered, Order Delayed, and Return to Sender — to Klaviyo, which can then trigger automated messages. For example, when an order is delivered, Klaviyo can email the customer to request a review.
How does it work?
- LVK has four key triggers, created in Klaviyo the first time each event occurs.
- Each trigger can be linked to a Klaviyo workflow, letting you customize outreach based on package status.
4 Key Triggers
- 1st Scan — Package has left the LVK warehouse and is with the carrier.
- Delivery Success — Package has been successfully delivered to the customer.
- Return to Sender — Package is being returned to the LVK warehouse due to an address issue or other problem.
- Failed to Deliver — Package reached its destination but could not be delivered.
LVK-supported triggers are labeled "LVK." These are the only triggers supported at this time.
Get Started with Klaviyo and the LVK App
- Create an account with Klaviyo.
- In Klaviyo, go to Account > Settings > API Keys and copy your Public API Key.
- In the LVK App, go to Settings > PostHero > Third Party Integrations.
- Select your store, enter the Public Klaviyo API key, and click Add Store.
You're now connected and ready to set up your workflows in Klaviyo.
