Steps for Termination
Inventory Present at One or More LVK Fulfillment Centers
1. To cancel your account, your payment status must be up to date, with no outstanding balance. You can review the status of your invoices HERE. Your invoices must be paid and not marked as failed.
2. You must provide a timeline of when you want to cancel the services (stop shipping orders, disconnect store, etc.)
3. If you need to remove the inventory, please follow the steps outlined HERE.
4. If you need to dispose of the inventory, please follow the steps outlined HERE.
