LVK fulfillment centers store inventory at ambient temperature only. Dry food products are accepted and stored in line with FDA regulations. As the merchant, you remain responsible for the quality and shelf life of your products.
Important
LVK fulfillment centers do not offer cold storage. Refrigerated and frozen products cannot be stored or shipped.
If you need refrigerated or frozen storage, use the 3PL Finder tool to find a 3PL that offers cold storage.
