The migration deadline of March 31, 2024 has passed. Amazon has retired the Marketplace Web Service (MWS) API. If your Amazon store is still connected through MWS, order and inventory syncing has stopped. Contact LVK support to reconnect your store.
Amazon retired its Marketplace Web Service (MWS) API and replaced it with the Selling Partner API (SP-API). Amazon store connections in LVK must use SP-API to sync orders, inventory, and tracking.
How to Migrate Your Amazon Store to SP-API
- Log in to lvk.shipsfor.us and click Stores in the navigation menu.
- Click Enable new API next to your Amazon store. LVK redirects you to Amazon Seller Central.
- Authorize the new LVK app in Seller Central. The migration banner at the top of the Stores page disappears once every store is migrated.
If you do not see the Enable new API option, the migration has not reached your account yet. LVK prompts you when it does.
When to Migrate Your Amazon Store
Migrate as soon as the option appears on your Stores page. Enabling the new API does not switch your connection right away. LVK migrates accounts in controlled groups to keep the transition smooth.
