Uploading a manual CSV order with a Shipping Name column creates a custom shipping method in LVK. Use this when you need a shipping method that your store platform does not send, so you can map it to a carrier and service later.
Before You Begin
Download the Manual CSV Order template.
How to Create a Manual Order Shipping Method

Add a column titled Shipping Name to the order template if it is not already there. The column name must match exactly.
- Enter the shipping name you want to use in the Shipping Name column.
- Complete the remaining required fields in the template.

Go to Upload Orders in the LVK App using the button in the top-right corner, and upload the completed template.
- Go to Shipping Methods and map the new shipping method. It appears under the name you entered in step 2.
