Mapping Your BigCommerce Statuses

Status mapping connects the order statuses in your BigCommerce store to statuses and holds in LVK. Use it to control which orders LVK ships automatically and which ones wait for your review.

How to Map BigCommerce Statuses in LVK

1. Log in to your LVK account and click Stores in the menu.
2. Find your BigCommerce store, click the three dots at the end of the row, and select Map Statuses. The Map Statuses modal opens.
3. Map each BigCommerce status to the LVK status or hold you want to apply.
4. Save your changes.

BigCommerce Status Mapping Example

An order in your BigCommerce store has the status "Awaiting Payment" and you do not want LVK to ship it yet. Map "Awaiting Payment" to a Payment Hold in LVK. When the customer pays, remove the hold from the order in LVK and LVK ships it.
